I’m glad you have decided to take advantage of a free case
evaluation. There are a couple of ways you can do this, you
can call either one of my toll-free numbers and speak with
me directly. Basically I will ask you some questions about
the case and will have you give me details and I will tell
you if I think the case deserves further investigation.
Based on our conversation I might send you a written
retainer agreement so we can establish an attorney-client
relationship and I can go forward with the case. Many times
I have spoken to a person on the phone one day and been at
their house the next day personally going through the
retainer agreement to immediately get the process going. If
you decide to use the phone call option if I am in the
office when you call I will take your call, if I’m out
because I’m in court or another reason, I absolutely will
return your call within 24 hours. Most likely I will return
it much sooner because someone on my staff will call me on
my cell phone and let me know you called.
The other way to get a free case evaluation is to fill out
the form below. Try to provide as much information as you
can. You will need to give some form of contact information.
If you are more comfortable initially with email I have no
problem with that. Again, I will respond to your email
within 24 hours. You have my word that I will not give or
sell your information to anyone. I’m not an advertising
agency; I’m not looking to sell you anything. I’m a real
lawyer who wants to continue fighting for individuals who
have been poisoned by benzene or asbestos.
I have absolute respect for your right to privacy and your
right to choose your lawyer. If after speaking to me on the
phone or through the internet you decide not to pursue the
case or decide that I’m not the lawyer for you, I have no
problem with that. I won’t hound you with calls and emails
or try to pressure you. I will give you the respect that,
unfortunately, can’t always be found in society today.
One last thing; filling out this form or speaking to me on
the phone does not create an attorney-client relationship.
The only way to create an attorney-client relationship is
for the both of us to sign a written retainer agreement.
